All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for change of mind, sizing issues, or normal wear.

Damaged or Faulty Items

All items are inspected before shipping. If your order arrives with a genuine manufacturing fault, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@mandeofficial.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item from multiple angles

  • Photos of the original packaging

If a claim is approved:

  • A replacement of the same item may be offered, subject to availability.

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a resolution will be provided at our discretion.

  • We may request the item to be returned for inspection before issuing any resolution.

Items not considered faulty:

  • Signs of wear (creasing, scuffing, sole wear)

  • Misuse, incorrect handling, or intentional alteration

  • Stains, odours, or damage caused by the customer

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if requested to send the item back.
