Please read carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Please allow 1–3 working days for order processing before dispatch, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

UK Shipping

  • Free UK shipping on all orders.

  • Orders are shipped via tracked delivery.

  • Typical delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch.

International Shipping

  • International shipping is available with a flat £20 shipping fee (does not include customs or import taxes).

  • Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only.

  • Customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping fee.

Pre-Orders

  • Items marked as Pre-Order are handmade and produced after purchase. Please allow approximately 4–8 weeks for production and dispatch.

  • Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items are ready. Updates will be provided via email.

Delivery Responsibility

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

  • We are not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.

  • Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Delays & Third-Party Carriers

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
